Refund policy

At Elrock Jewels™, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, here’s how our 14-day return policy works:

Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer 14-day returns on all non-custom jewelry. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

  • Watches are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

  • Custom or personalized jewelry (including engraved pieces) is non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Eligibility for Return

  • The item must be in unused, unaltered condition, with the original packaging and tags.

  • The jewelry must be free from damage and unworn to qualify for a return or exchange.

Return Process

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to start the return process.

  2. We will provide you with a return shipping address.

  3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

  4. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Custom and personalized items are non-refundable unless there is an error or defect.

  • Watches are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact us to check availability. Exchanges will be processed once we receive the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately, and we will assist you with a replacement or refund.
