We offer 14-day returns on all non-custom jewelry. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process.

Watches are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

Custom or personalized jewelry (including engraved pieces) is non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Eligibility for Return

The item must be in unused, unaltered condition, with the original packaging and tags.

The jewelry must be free from damage and unworn to qualify for a return or exchange.
Return Process

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to start the return process.

Refunds
