General Information
At Elrock Jewels, we love to make custom jewelry pieces that are created to suit your individual preferences and style. We will create jewelry that is uniquely yours, while still being representative of our design aesthetic and excellent craftsmanship.
- You can request the customization of a design from our collection, or we can collaborate on an unique one-of-a-kind piece.
- The bespoke design process, from idea to realization, can take from 3 to 6 weeks.
- We have made the entire process as visual as possible. To ensure that you are 100% happy with the results, we will send you videos of the gemstones, provide 3D sketches and show you a video of the final piece before it leaves the studio.
- In order to start the process and to receive a 3D mockup, we require a 500 USD deposit, which also includes one remake of the design. If you decide to proceed and purchase the custom design, the cost of the deposit will be deducted from the total price of the ring.
- You will communicate during the process with Michelle and Julie, our amazing customer service team. They will make sure we understand all aspects of your request and they will mediate between you and our studio staff (from the 3D designers to the stone setters and jewelers). They will also send updates on each step along the way for a truly collaborative and personal experience.
