Yes, we offer custom jewelry services! Whether you’re looking for a unique engagement ring, personalized pendant, or custom design, we can bring your vision to life. Simply contact us to discuss your custom design ideas, and we’ll work with you to create something special.


3. What metal options do you offer for rings?

We offer a variety of metal options for our jewelry, including 14K and 18K gold in white, yellow, and rose gold. We also provide platinum and silver for certain designs. Feel free to contact us for more information or custom metal requests.


4. What is the typical processing time for orders?

For ready-made jewelry, we typically process orders within 3-5 business days. Custom orders may take longer, depending on complexity, and we’ll provide you with an estimated timeline when you place the order.


5. How do I know my ring size?

We recommend getting your ring size professionally measured by a jeweler. If you don’t have access to a jeweler, you can use our ring size guide on the product page or contact us for assistance. We also offer free resizing within 30 days of purchase (except for custom designs).


6. What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for all non-custom jewelry. The items must be in unused, unaltered condition with the original packaging. Custom jewelry is non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect. For more information, please refer to our Return Policy page.


7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping rates vary based on your location. For international orders, please note that customs duties and taxes may apply, and they are the responsibility of the buyer. We offer express shipping options for faster delivery.


8. Can I get a certificate for my diamond?

Yes, diamonds above 0.7 carats are provided with a certificate from IGI (International Gemological Institute) or other reputable gemological labs. We ensure that every diamond meets the highest standards of quality and certification.


9. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress on the shipping carrier's website.


10. Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, we offer premium gift wrapping for all our jewelry. Simply select the gift wrapping option during checkout, and your item will be beautifully packaged, ready for gifting!


11. How do I care for my jewelry?

To ensure your jewelry stays beautiful for years to come, we recommend keeping it away from harsh chemicals and cleaning it regularly with a soft cloth. For lab-grown diamonds, follow similar care as you would for natural diamonds.


12. Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin processing your order immediately after it’s placed, so changes or cancellations are only possible within the first 24 hours. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order.
