I chatted with Elrock Jewels' representative Haxy, and he was very good at putting my mind at ease. He listened to my Diamond preferences and band customization. He even stayed in touch and showed me my ring at all the steps of the process of making it from the planning, diamond selection, to the very last polish. I was very happy with the results and the quality of the ring. They sent it over with an IGI certificate. I received the ring sooner than I expected it, within two weeks from my order.
